Workout Playlist

Warrior's Call - Volbeat
Battle Born - 5 finger death punch
Just about anything from Slipknot
(I'm a metal head so there is that...)
Volbeat was my first thought. Also I can do some Foo Fighters, but not their soft stuff, like "there goes my hero". That won't get it done. The harder stuff gets the blood pumping for me.

Break Ya Neck by Busta Rhymes was always a favorite of mine. Don't know if the youngins would get behind it.

Alright, I admit it. I actually googled these “songs”.

Are you sure that’s not what the CIA uses to make Al Qaeda prisoners talk? If so, the ACLU needs to investigate this. Much more inhumane than water boarding.
The ACLU is busy defending those Antifa members I doxxed last year................

When you are an old retired guy who still works out twice a week but just doesn't look like it, music is the only way you can get through a workout. If you are old and play old songs, you return to your youth, at least mentally..........

If you are above 50 or if you want to expand your musical horizon, here are the songs on my most frequently used playlist:

1960s: Beatles: Get Back, I feel fine, ticket to ride
Stones: Brown Sugar, Start me up, Jumpin Jack Flash
Dobie Grey: Drift Away
Buffalo Springfield: For What its Worth
Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young: Ohio

70s/80s: KISS: Numerous
Bob Seger: Numerous
Paul Simon: You can call me Al, Love me like a rock
Me and Julio down by the school yard
Tom Petty: I won't back down,
Dont come round here no more
and many more
AC/DC: Thunderstruck, Who Made Who, Money Talks
Badfinger: Baby Blue

Not exactly recent:
Welcome to the Jungle: Guns-n-Roses
Blurred Lines: Robin Thicke
Come with me now: Kongos
Best Day of My Life: American Authors
Thunder, Renegades: Imagine Dragons
Lose Yourself: Eminem
All the Above: Maino
Seven Nation Army: The White Stripes
Remember the Name: Fort Minor
Feel it still: Portugal the Man
Use Somebody: Kings of Leon

And a lot more...........

Were does the hat go in the off season?
Sit back and watch the NFL (Chiefs) and CFB (Sooners) until done then bring on Dirt Track Racing. Looking at going to Tampa this February then have a full spring/summer of it.................by that time HSFB starts rolling around.
