IF, and that's a big IF, Garcia could somehow stay healthy and pitch well he would be a great addition to the rotation. He can be really good. He's just had trouble staying there.
Even if he's healthy and pitching well MM better have the pen heated up by the 5th inning. Garcia doesn't go long very often and he can go from being lights out to be in big trouble in a matter of a few pitches. When it goes south for him it goes in a hurry.
