Why Isn't This on CNN 24/7

Different subject but fitting to the thread title:

I wonder how much airtime this election result got on the nightly alphabet network indoctrination half-hour.

If the parties had been reversed that's all you would have heard from the lefties..."Referendum on Trump, blah, blah!!!!!!111!1!!"

He will be gone in 6 months.

Regarding Georgia. That’s great for them.
Why does the local news always start with
a violent crime or a house fire or a gas explosion? That news, bruh.

So the FACT that WuFlu is stalling out in an area that opened up isn't news? Meanwhile they'll keep focusing on the mismanagement of New York and California because death and destruction catches eyes...

It will be interesting when this is all over and they do statistical analysis of why some states do so much better than others. Whether the most significant variables are population density, weather, amount and availability of testing and which tests, etc. Texas hasn’t done as well as Georgia. I wonder what the greatest difference is.

Atlanta is incredibly dense population wise...Texas has still done better than New York and California.

40% of the cases and almost 45% of the deaths are in the NYC metro.
NY 1417 deaths per million
Georgia 150 per million

Georgia is inconvenient and doesn’t fit the narrative because the assumption was when the state opened up it was supposed to be Constantinople circa 1348 and governor was the grim reaper incarnate.

what narrative?

I say it will be interesting to do statistical analysis between all of the states and your response is comparing only NY to Ga. NY is a bit of an outlier, wouldnt you say?

If the numbers are accurate, Georgia has done well. Perhaps we can learn from whatever makes them different from Tennessee or Wisconsin or Texas....... so if there is a second wave of the virus........... understand now?

It's no big secret what they did. The only thing that makes them different is they turned off CNN and carried on with their lives.

carrying on with your lives makes the numbers go down? Bahahahahaha
Is this what desperation looks like?

Long term? Yes that's what it means.

Everything you post reeks of desperation, you'd think you'd know it if you saw it.

Georgia is proving there is no point in a complete shutdown.

Georgia is proving nothing nor is Texas. And just to keep you from looking bad don't jump the gun in passing judgement just wait a few weeks. I hope you are right.

I mean the incubation window is two weeks...Georgia has been open almost a month. Unless people are fleeing NY and going to Atlanta things should be fine.

No one really knows yet. Again I hope you are right.

Um...no, people know the typical incubation window is approximately 14 days. Georgia has been open well past what even the high limit of that window would be.

Again, unless there is a mass influx from NYC, the right call was opening back up and taking basic precautions.

Like I said earlier, I can't wait to see statistical analysis that considers all the factors. Temperature, testing, population density, etc. Florida has a lot of visitors from the east coast during the winter and spring, is that why Georgia has crushed it and Florida hasn't been quite as good? I'm not drawing any conclusions right now. Unlike some of us. Hopefully summer will give us a break and we can be ready for the fall outbreak of flu and rona.

What do you mean Florida hasn’t been quite as good??

Florida in has 92 deaths per million. They are arguably doing better than Georgia let alone NY. Both doing quite well though.

overall they are doing better? or the past 2-3 weeks they are doing better? Veerman claims Georgia should be the number one story in America. So which is it? Florida or Georgia?
And what do those states have in common?
Warm temps?

Why isn’t this on CNN 24/7?

why isn’t Georgia the number one story in America?

I didn’t post that. Wonder who did?
Bahahahahahaha

Doesn't fit the narrative.

what narrative? Did you guys learn a new word this week? The one where I’m interested in how these states are doing well by statistical analysis of many variables?

I like learning. You should try it some time.

You don't like learning if it involves anything that doesn't comply with your worldview: gun rights and statistics, WuFlu isn't a big enough deal to shut down the economy...

I respect the classy move to start using Twitter. It’s a time saver. But ole Cerno there misspelled casual. And his point was absurd. Every network just drones on and on about NY and we get their governors talk telecast live every stinkin day. Everyone in the world knows NY has been the epicenter. Keep tryin, bruh.

Neither have Cuomo and Diblasio.

you guys are hilarious. Literally no one on this board is a Pelosi fan. No one on this board is a Cuomo cheerleader. Yet you guys are always posting things about them as if we are tribal hacks like you. Yawn.

This is a policy issue. YOU specifically have been on the "killing grandma" train and yet you say NOTHING about Democrats sending covid patients to nursing homes?

It's not about being a cheerleader for the individual, you're a cheerleader for the party. I'm not asking about an individual, I'm stating your party has actively killed people with their policy and you're silent.
