The evidence of Jan 6 conspiracy is mounting. Of course, the cult refuses to watch the hearings. Witnesses are painting an awful picture for Con Man Don.

Code of the District of Columbia

§ 22–1322. Rioting or inciting to riot.

(b) Whoever willfully engages in a riot in the District of Columbia shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 180 days or a fine of not more than the amount set forth in § 22-3571.01, or both.
(c) Whoever willfully incites or urges other persons to engage in a riot shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 180 days or a fine of not more than the amount set forth in § 22-3571.01, or both.
(d) If in the course and as a result of a riot a person suffers serious bodily harm or there is property damage in excess of $5,000, every person who willfully incited or urged others to engage in the riot shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 10 years or a fine of not more than the amount set forth in § 22-3571.01, or both.

In addition to provoking a riot, when a person in a position of power pressures his underling to commit a crime, he is a criminal himself. The DOJ has to charge this man. And they need to stop delaying and get it done. Additionally, Eastman has got to go to prison.

Following last night's hearing, the press was all over Committee Chair Bennie Thompson about the DOJ wanting the committee to release all testimony, including unreleased written testimony, to the DOJ now. Thompson was adamant that the committee would release all findings when the hearings were completed.

In due time!! Let the committee get all the testimony documented. Remember it took 2 1/2 years to connect Nixon in Watergate.

Very damning for Eastman to ask to be put on the pardon list.

'i KNOW THAT EVERYONE HERE WILL SOON BE MARCHING OVER TO THE CAPITOL BUILDING TO PEACEFULLY AND PATRIOTICALLY MAKE YOUR VOICES HEARD TODAY"

Funny how they have always edited out that statement in Trumps speech.

I dont see how any prosecutor could bring charges of inciting a riot, or a jury convict exp after he was aready impeached and found not guilty once for his actions that day

Trump is in the WH watching the riot on TV. Reps, staff, family are contacting him and his COS begging him to put a stop to it. Instead he puts out a tweet ripping into Mike Pence. One of the mob leaders reads the tweet over a megaphone in the middle of the chaos increasing the focus and intensity toward getting Mike Pence. Just stop.

He was found not guilty by a bunch of republican cowards and you know it. No wait you probably don't.

If the GOP Senators had just had the courage to impeach him he would be out of their lives and they could nominate a decent person to easily defeat Biden. They are so gutless, it truly is sad. They all knew he was unfit to lead the entire time.

All that proves is he was a emotional idiot...not the leader of a insurrection. And as I've pointed out before when Trump did make a public statement to cease actions he was ignored by the mob. Proving he had no control over the actions of others.

What you don't seem to understand is that the GOP voters like Trump and his Swagger more than they like their GOP senators if those Senators would of voted to impeach they would of been unelectable and they knew that.

The More the Left attacked Trump the harder core his base became and will become in the future. The question is will the Dem's Marxist Policies tank the economy hard enough for Trump to become palatable enough to the independents to run for office and win in 24! Trumps base is solid and he will drag other moderate Conservatives into the fold as the lesser of two evils. Now the issue is will the Fear of Trump get out the Votes like 2020 or will the MSM Trump fear mongering fall on deaf ears this time around do to a sluggish economy and scary inflation rate?

"Inciting to riot" is a crime in DC

No proof he incited a riot....just pure left wing rhetoric at this stage.

LMAO - does "find the votes" call to Georgia ring a bell????????SMH
I wouldn’t post a specific example of a felony, MG will correct you. He knows more about the law than OJ’s dream team. He knows more about music than Dick Clark and Casey Casem, he even criticized your preferences.

I just learned from him this morning that a psycho who blatantly cheats at golf, tells everyone he won the club championship when he didn’t even play, uses a sharpee to change the course of a hurricane, repeats the stolen election lie to raise 250 million and then lies about what the money is used for and made 30,000 lies in one presidential term is the same as Obama and all the other presidents.

But he knows way more about teaching and learning than veteran teachers, more about economics than Keynes, Friedman and Adam Smith. So that proves he is a god.

And remember, if you live in mid missouri you can just drive to Illinois or Kansas for medical care, I’m sure those facilities will be in your network.

AHH so a classic toots response when he doesn't have any evidence, data, or even logical analysis to put forth.

He uses some backhanded slander tactic to cloud the issues..... Case and point I just posted what type of music I like and a few I didn't. I never made any other such claim other than my taste run more to Rock and Roll as opposed to laid back hippy music. To each his own. But somehow Toots morph's that into I'm a expert on Music.

I understand the politics of it the Dem's have wasted time, money and energy to emotionally gin up their base by Demonizing Trump. But fail time and time again to produce any proof or evidence. That has to be frustrating. I agree that Trump is of low character I just acknowledge and understand that he is no different than other politicians....But I guess cheating on Golf and drawing on maps with a Sharpie are High Crimes in Toots world...

I get it that the Economy is faltering under Biden and he is reaping the whirlwind and it doesn't sit well with the Left and it will show come Nov. While Biden isn't 100% to blame for the Economy he has had a hand in it's slow recovery. Oh and I'm a Milton Friedman/Rose Director....Thomas Sowell guy if you must know.

And Again on the Abortion subject if you have a medical reason for a Abortion then your Doctor and Network will cover that.

If you wanted a elective Abortion in Missouri before this ruling you had to drive to St. Louis to the ONE clinic who performed them....and state law already made it illegal for a persons network to provide that coverage as standard care. Customers had to request this coverage and pay a upcharge for it. Or pay out of pocket. I doubt crossing the Bridge to Illinois or crossing state line road into Kansas is going to be that big of burden. And if it is that is the breaks for irresponsible behavior.

Until it becomes illegal to go to another state to have an abortion which some states are trying to pass right now.
Remember he is a moderate.

If the Voters of that state want those laws enacted and they pass judicial muster then that will be the law. I have serious doubts that any of those laws even if passed hold up in court.

My personal choice would be for them to have left the whole thing as is. But I'm not going to get up in arms if State Voters and State Govt get to actually make and decide issues on their own accord either.
