While yes, throwing the ball at the one when you have Lynch in the backfield might be stupid...You gotta love the brawl at the end of the game. I don't think my friends and I cheered that loud all game until that moment. Go Pats!!!Originally posted by Pure Swing:

Wow you just busted the bubble of a guy that finds the high point of the evening a brawl(?) between a bunch of guys in helmets and pads.Originally posted by tigerfan__09:
Sign of character? You think those sanctions at USC just happened? And it was just a coincidence he left town when he did? Yes, he's a great motivator and great coach. And props for taking the blame but I don't know if I'd classify him as a guy with high character.
Not only was the brawl fantastic, it was historic! I believe that is the first time a player has been ejected from Super Bowl history?Originally posted by SadButTrue:

I think the biggest thing was what Dilfer said. It took 40 seconds between Lynchs first carry and the second play, the interception. The clock went from a minute and two seconds to 26 seconds.Originally posted by hangmanbobbyjaggers:
I love the fact that Pete Carroll stepped up and took the blame. Makes sense.. Throw to stop the clock. Run and do not get it call time out and then run again.
