Looking at the district match ups trying to decide which game I want to go watch, Its almost as hard and deciding which Doc guy you would want to meet....
Kirkwood @ Joplin, this game I am thinking might be the best match up this week. I think Joplin has a real chance to win this game, this is exciting for the town. Last week the first two drive Lindbergh moved the ball on Joplin and then the pick 6 sort of changed the game from there. Does Joplin have another big game in them?
Neosho @ Webb, All of Neosho's loses have been to teams who are playing for district titles. They had an impressive showing against Joplin a few weeks back. Any other district and they might be favored to win this, but unfortunately they have Webb in their back yard. So really not sure this will be all that close, can they keep it within 3 TD's?
Mount Vernon @ Cassville, very intriguing match up any other year with these two teams being in the same conference would have already played each other once. However in the new Big 8 they are in different divisions and this will be the first meeting between the two. Before last week I would have thought Cassville would run away with this, that is if MV would have even made it this far? But MV put on a show and kicked Reeds to the curb to make it to another district title game. Cassville had their hands full last week with Seneca and from what I am hearing they are banged up. So this could be a close game? But you just never know.
Parkview @ Carthage, well this just really looks like an ugly game on paper...but stranger things have happened.
Versailles @ Lamar, again this game just looks like a lopsided game on paper...But you never know with high school kids what you will get.
