...or is Rolla’s path too dense (or does Rolla not even consider themselves SWMO...)

Why I said it; just know they are covered by SWMO media outlets (and likely not by STL...)

We could go on about geography, or discuss the likelyhood of a Rolla/Webb final

Saw Ladue last night. Did not see anything impressive about them.

Probably better than Rolla I would think. Rolla isn’t a bad team, competitive in most of the conference games but wouldn’t get anywhere near the title game in West bracket.

I doubt anyone from the East would make it through the West. Ladue has some athletes, qb is tiny but pretty fast. Not very big either side. MICDS was able to run on them.

Rolla should consider themselves central Missouri, but their university competes with Central Missouri. Central Missouri, by the way, is much less central than Rolla's university.

Is there any team from the Class 4 East that would stay within 35 of Webbsterville?

Does two Class 2 teams = a Class 4 team?

If you put Luthern North line and coaching with Trinity's skill positions would that be a competitive game against Webb?

Figure it out CalPrep junkies

Platte is the only team left with a 5% chance of beating Webb.
Only chance is a shootout. That may be the case early then Webb adjusts to PC's pass offense and it is game over because the Pirates run D is not good. Have said consistently NWMO has nobody ready to challenge for the C4 title this year...............we are about to find out.

How many of the remaining teams on Rolla’s side of the bracket are markedly better than St. Francis Borgia?

Hahaha 7-5 Rolla would have to have luck to beat the fifth best team in District 8.

Rolla actually did lose to the 5th best team (and 3rd and 4th) in District 5.

I realize anything can happen in one game. Someone from the East bracket is going to get to the title game and get a shot. It is just that a first round district match-up like Camdenton-Hillcrest or Lafayette-Excelsior Springs on paper at least looks to be as good of a match-up than the quarterfinal or potential semifinal games in the East bracket this year.

Ladue seems to be cruising thus far after starting 1-2. It would be interesting to see how they would match-up with Rolls if they both win.

Rolla lost to Camdenton 42-45 and Hillcrest 34-38. Other losses were to Lebanon and Parkview by less than a touchdown. They were blown away at home by West Plains in their last regular season game which served as a major wakeup call for their defense.

No doubt that the District 4 was not as strong a district but Borgia was undefeated heading into the game and only managed 2 TDs against Rolla whose defense has come up with big plays through the playoffs.

Rolla has big play ability on both sides of the ball with an unorthodox running QB who has almost 4700 yds of offense this year with 1600+ rushing yards and over 3000 yards passing. Also, Rolla has been playing without their starting RB since week 7. Rolla is definitely playing better now than early in the season so it should be an interesting game. Rolla has the advantage of flying under everyone's radar as they look past them to play Ladue or Webb City.

Regardless, should be an entertaining game.

Brilliant thread. Geographically incorrect. And Rolla is down 27-7 in the second quarter against "gasp" an eastern team. Ewwwwwwwwwwwww.

I simply posed a couple questions based on the fact that Rolla beat undefeated St. Francis Borgia last week and the fact that they play in a SWMO conference (despite their location).

Anyone can play the results
