I just saw on one of the news channels that they have aid they begin send a certain number of them back everyday, I don't recall what that number was. What did you want them to do, start shooting them as they crossed the river. The living conditions they're in right now can't be much better than it was at home except for the portapotties I saw lined up there today, and I'm sure they're getting some water that's fit to drink.
Maybe if Biden and Harris would acknowledge there is a crisis going on and done their job months ago it wouldn't be so bad. The Haitians are fleeing because of the devastating Aug earthquake and July assassination of their prez. Who could have predicted that? We can't prevent the mass gatherings of foreigners wanting to enter. I 100% agree we need to close our borders, and have said so for 40 years.
Yet we lose sight of the bigger picture - the 15 million and growing illegals already here. Neither party wants to tackle that issue. The only realistic solution another "one time" amnesty as Reagan did in '84, only this time we close the door. Give them one year to get processed and whatever background checks we can get. Thereafter, you are deported immediately if found in US illegally.

A news report today said another 30,000 more refugees from other countries are in Mexico now and on their way to the border. I guess Joe better head down to Mexico now and start rounding them up before they get to the border.
