The guy was supposed to be on house arrest. He disabled his bracelet. He was out on bail for resisting arrest and a gun charge.

ALSO amazingly enough the sandwich he supposedly had in his hand, made it through a physical altercation that was started by the suspect after the officer told him to stop. That sandwich made it through the altercation and he held onto it as he ran off. When the cop pursued, the sandwich was then drawn at the officer and fired off three bolognas.

Well I have never been in any kind of a gunfight,,, but I have a feeling if someone is shooting bullets at me adrenalin would kick in Bigtime and I would empty my gun as quickly as possible as close to his center of mass as possible

This shouldn't even be on the news, just life in a big city plagued by gang violence

You are correct sir. I'm going to assume the cop was carrying a 9mm as well. 16 round magazine and one in the chamber.
 
This happened about a mile from where my son lives on the hill.

You run from a cop he's probably going to assume you have something to hide and pursue. You attack and then shoot at him you better not miss because he's probably not going to.

Good thing people died for their right to burn a flag over a thug getting shot after shooting at a cop.......Makes perfect sense.
 
Ducky may be on to something. Maybe if the cops just ignored everything people would stop breaking laws. Heck, maybe we don't even need cops. Without the threat of getting caught and sent to jail I'm sure people would stop doing the things that cause that to happen. And what would they have to protest! Problem solved. Get rid of all cops. Spend that money on housing, food and healthcare for those who don't want to try to get it themselves. Even more problems solved! What a great day. Duck, when are you going to run for President?
 
You somehow extrapolate total lawlessness and getting rid of all cops from me telling Drop to ignore idiots burning a cloth so they will stop doing it??

Mark my words, there will be a lot more racial tension to come in St. Louis. Somebody is going to do something this weekend during the Cards game. The best thing that can happen is for the games to be rained out over the weekend.

I have a buddy that lives right off the highway on Grand Blvd. His neighbors(black and white) are getting tired of these people causing problems in their own neighborhoods.
 
I just thank the Lord my family and I live in a small rural area where we don't have to put up with that kinda crap. I feel for those of you who have to live in K.C. or St.Louis, and have to deal with violence everyday.
 
Yep,,,,, although a few years ago I had some cookers trying to steal Ammonia ,,Boomer put them back in their truck pretty quick

Lot to be said for old coondog security systems :)
