Washington (CNN)Special counsel Robert Mueller expressed concerns in a letter to Attorney General William Barr that Barr's four-page letter to Congress summarizing the "principal conclusions" of Mueller's findings didn't fully capture his 448-page report, according to a source with knowledge of Mueller's letter.
Later, Barr and Mueller spoke by phone and while Mueller didn't think Barr's letter was inaccurate, the special counsel believed his report was more nuanced on the obstruction of justice issue, according to Justice Department officials. Mueller was frustrated by media coverage, and wanted more of the report to come out, those officials told CNN.

His job isn’t to clear people, as a special prosecutor his job is to prosecute people. He didn’t think Trump should be prosecuted or he would have said so. He refused to make the ultimate decision, punted the ball to Bar (his boss) and Barr ruled there was no obstruction of justice

You just regurgitated Barr's story which has been repeated over and over on Fox.
1. Mueller states clearly in the report that he approached this investigation with it already being determined that he is not allowed to indict Trump. Not because of the rule of law, because of a random DOJ guideline.
2. He stated he would not make the case for obstruction vs Trump in his report because he knew that Trump would not have an opportunity to defend himself because of the no indictment guideline. If this was anyone else, his ass would have been indicted.
3. He painstakingly laid out the info needed for a case of obstruction for congress if they choose to impeach.
4. He says in the report he tried to build a case to exonerate Trump but could not do it. Why? Because he was guilty AF.
Why cant you just admit it. Trump is a bad person. He might have some good ideas but he isnt worst dividing the country, making people distrust important departments of our government, alienating our allies and empowering white nationalists. There are better presidents in the republican party.
