It happened 2 years ago to WC . 2022 Webb was 3-0 and lost to Iowa in the " championship" for what it's worth that SD team that beat them was loaded ...idk how Webb beat them the first time so I'm not sure another game would have mattered but that being said with LL pitching rules if they played another game they would have been throwing their 4th or 5th best pitcher and Webb would be on #2 or 3 so who knows.
