Edwards pitches to Harper.
A lefty to Zim.
Let me guess, you are going to
give me some stats to justify these
decisions. Bahahahahahahaha

Edwards against lefties..... .117/.244/.193. Your free stat of the day

I didn't want him pitching, but why exactly is it bad to throw a guy that lefties hadn't hit all season?

Did I predict that stat introduction or what?
Bahahahahaha
If I have a lefty available, he is pitching to Harper in that spot. Check out his lefty righty splits for OBP, Slugging, and his K rate.

Say it aint so, Joe.

Yeah, why throw your best pitcher vs lefties....against their best lefty. Hell of a concept right there. Your logic is flawless

Because his launch angle on a Sat. night with the wind blowing in while the crowd is yelling just doesn't support that move not to mention their wars. Now that the Birds are going to hire a pitching coach that canw wade through all those stats it's world series or bust.

Speaking of which, wasnt Wacha's last start just the epitome of Mathenging? He pitched an absolute gem for 6 innings. Given his history you have to be ready for him to lose it at any moment. But no. Matheny lets him get blown up for 5 runs in one inning. Then he said "It all happened so fast". Stevie Freakin Wonder could have seen it coming but not Ironhead Mike Matheny.
