Who would be the upset DeSmet or ESTLPark hills central could sneak up on MICDS. I also think the DeSmet game with East St Louis could possibly be an upset.
You get in trouble Raw if you touchy too much!Touché
Did you see how many Kirksville hung on them? Kirksville.Macon will beat the pioneers they are very limited on offense They're all state running back and his brother got recruited to east st. Louis. Pioneers do have a very stout defense but will struggle scoring on Macon.
You got laid at a crappy J'ai alai match? Sounds exciting.Touché
J’ai un crapaud laid.
DeSmet over ESTL would be an upset for sureI’d be really surprised at either being close, but…hey!..it‘s early. Things’ll shake out in a few weeks.
I called that shot..Maybe not a huge one but I could see East Newton knocking off Mt Vernon.
Micds 59 Park hills south 52. Fun game. Stats will be wildI’d be really surprised at either being close, but…hey!..it‘s early. Things’ll shake out in a few weeks.
Rule number 1 never bet on 14-18 year olds playing sports. Too many variables.Saw that! Glad I didn’t place any bets
Who ended up getting the head coaching job at Lexington ?idk if you consider this a upset but Mark twain over Lexington 36-6
MICDS offense can score at will, the issue is their defense with teams that run downhill. Why SLUH stopped last week was nuts to me. MICDS is young on D Central is very good, they both will be in the thick of things late this year.Jommer, You were spot on predicting this one could be interesting. I wasn’t.
I saw SLUH late last year and their crew of young talent is formidable. They‘ve got some fine players!
Then I saw that MICDS, coming off a tough 2nd finish in the class 4 title game, beats SLUH by two TDS.
This lead me to believe MICDS plans to be right in the thick of things come December and if anyone can put them there, it’s second year coach Fred Bouchard. One of the best in Missouri.
Don’t get me wrong, they do a nice job down there at Park Hills. I didn’t see them being of the same level as an MICDS. Seems like Park Hills, however, went Into that one without the same perceptions I did. Good for them. Tough loss against a fine program.
I saw PJ Behan, MICDS WR had 250 plus yards and 5 tds. Which is nutsJommer, You were spot on predicting this one could be interesting. I wasn’t.

I was there. #11 Behan was an absolute stud. #12 Welch for Park Hills had 238 yards rushing and 4 TD's and also a beast. MICDS has a really good offensive team but their defense must get better. But IMO, Class 3 is just better than Class 4 overall if MICDS is the second best team ( I know rankings don't count for much). Park Hills will struggle to get by Kennett in their district and whoever wins that district will struggle mightily against the St. Mary's-Valle Catholic winner in District 2. And then that winner would go up against Blair Oaks (if I am looking at brackets correctly). Class 3 is loaded with Cardinal Ritter, Lutheran North, and Odessa on other side of bracket. I think Park Hills is really good (holy cow, they just scored 52 against MICDS). Nothing against the better teams in Class 4 Districts 1 & 2 (appear to be Festus, North County, Hillsboro, Union, Pacific), but I think Park Hills would fair better against those folks.I saw PJ Behan, MICDS WR had 250 plus yards and 5 tds. Which is nuts
Former Player from the late 1980s, Chris Brooks, who has been their head Basketball coach, and I think an assistant FB coach for them.Who ended up getting the head coaching job at Lexington ?
