Our small town library is a busy place. There are a lot of avid readers. Several of my extended family members included.

Additionally, for some it’s their best option for high speed internet access for researching and applying for jobs online and staying in tune with the world.

As soon as I heard about the library defunding I contacted my local state rep for the first time ever. That’s some serious BS.

In our library, and I'm sure most these days, you can go there and look up any old local newspaper articles you want on a micro fish thang. I assume that goes for more than just the local paper but never I've tried that.

I believe library are very important, our little community just built a brand new state of the art library, mostly with private donations. Many still love the library, all my kids have library cards we have always encourage them to read.
