The stats I heard today is that only about 25% of mass shooters qualified as mentally ill.

Or people need to start reporting it when they see it. Friends and family have a tough time putting that stigma on somebody I'm sure. The dude in Dayton was suspended from HS for making list of guys he would like to kill and girls he would rape. How does that not get the attention of somebody besides a HS school principal?

But, the authorities aren't required to act upon it. There are lots of political reasons to clear a person who has been reported.
