We all know there are those places that teams don't like to go play on the road. Anyone have some great stories/pictures/memories or even current observations of places it's hard to get a road win due to the facility,atmosphere/setting?

I'm extremely biased, but De Soto's "PIT" back in the day was a place everyone hated coming to. Used to regularly pack 1000 people in the gym the size of a cracker jack box with 750+ in the stands, 150+ on the stage bleachers, and then the standing room only spots. The first row of seats is about two feet off of the sideline so if you were inbounding the ball you usually had a collection of De Soto students whispering sweet nothings into your ear. That place was absolutely electric. Middle section was nothing but students who were as rowdy as they came for a number of years. I was fortunate enough to watch a lot of great basketball in there from when I was a little kid until I graduated in 2004. De Soto's new gym is beautiful, but it just isn't the same. The Pit is a special place. Lot of great memories in that gym!

Jeff City Helias Catholic has always been a place that is next to impossible to get a 'W'...

Strafford is always tough. Its not that it is overly loud, but the set up is weird and the gym gives a feel of a small college with really spread out and high stands. It gives off the perception that rims are lower than ten feet.
