I dont know Joe. Nixa really doesnt have any MoSports posters. And we all know, to have a successful football program, you gotta have a strong presence on MoSports
Bosko, I cannot believe you didn't mention the booster club!! The success of any program is tied directly to the booster club.
This is true for all football programs. But from my experiences with MO high school football, it seems there is a direct correlation to number of MoSports posters to program success.

He only used the name Bourne when he was supposed to be suspended but played any way.
I would think the Nixa job would attract some pretty good candidates as it strikes me as a place where the right coach could do really well. They’ve had some success in recent memory so it’s not like building something from nothing. Plus, if a person got buy-in there should be a really deep pool of talent to work with.
On the other hand, I’ve got a friend who lives there and he has expressed frustration with the overall football culture compared to his friends back here in Carthage and Webb City. He says there isn’t a ton of support or interest in football even a few years ago when they were a bright spot in an otherwise dim Springfield football landscape.

The Springfield area as a whole is a lot more interested in basketball and baseball. It's sad because Ozark, Nixa, and all of the area big class schools should field very talented teams every year, but they haven't even been competitive with the Jasper county teams in a few years. It's baffling to me.
Well I know you cannot say the F word in country music and apparently you cannot say one of the D words on MoSports. That’s the rumor anyway.

I would imagine that this job will attract quite a few applicants. Nixa, in the past, has not had a lot of head coach turnover. I think there has been two head coaches since 2001 with the latest head coach being on staff for more than 20 years. It will be interesting to see which route they go.
What are the chances that Nixa has to build another high school in a few years? Their Growth is just amazing. I would think they and Ozark could be class 6 next year.
Bosko is correct. There was a poster on here who had the username of Peter Quill. His profile picture was a picture of Starlord from the Marvel movies. In the comic books, Peter Quill is Starlord. On the location part, the Milano was the name of the spaceship that Starlord flies around in. Milano is a reference to Melissa Milano.

In the comic books, I think he was born in Colorado. In the movies, he is from Missouri.

Do not equate the Bourne movies, all time classics, with the douche nozzles who don’t know what a documentary is. Tom Cruise is like 5’4 and couldn’t play LBer for Cal-Poly or a 7th grade team for that matter. Gerry Bourtier would have kicked him off the team like he did Ray the bigot.
When Gerry Boutier was alive he was a great one. However that does not change the fact that in his DOC he dead so no way could he have been posting on here because he was dead!!
