Math is not their strong suitHow much did that half have saved up? Headlines can be deceiving. Half of ten grand wouldn't take cancer to wipe out.
One thing you kids could try is actually reading the article Duck posted. Many cancer patients have to miss work while going through treatments which is a huge financial burden itself.
From the article:
According to a new study published in the American Journal of Medicine, 42% of new cancer patients lose all of their life savings in two years because of treatment. The average amount a cancer patient lost was $92,098.
Generalizing, repeating falsehoods, and just being a donkey d.. doesn’t help things either.
One side tries to come up with solutions to a complex problem and the other side simply scares everyone with terms like “government takeover of your health care” and “death panels” while applauding corporate third party total control of our healthcare with more limited networks and higher expenses than Medicare offers. You are disingenuous and offer nothing.
An unfettered market for health care in a rapidly aging population has proven untenable. A public option with average care or strict cost controls on our current system are the minimum change we need and those are still just a band-aid.
Why don't you get off here and spread your vermin on some Nazi internet site. You are starting to wear thin. The Dems are corporate, with dumb ideas with no real practical application other than grabbing control. That's why they are hated.
Conservatives are ones that administrate, keep planes from falling out of the sky, and the lights on.
I'll take my chances with every man woman and child for themself over any plan the Dems want.
As long as the Dem party of Malfeasance is not in charge of expanding their control. OK.
We the people are not a trust fund for every nincompoop scheme that enriches the state. God, you don't even want children (abortionists) let alone give a crap about the elderly. That's rich.

If all the state's governors would have taken the money to expand medicaid like the plan was set up for to start with costs would have gone down.Math is not their strong suit
But my daughter is an RN in an Oncology center and says bags of drugs they use for treatment can run well over $20,000 for a single treatment.
No telling what the cost to develop that treatment was or actual cost of production, but it needs looked into.
The Afordable Care Act was a farce, it didn’t drive down costs all it did was shift who was paying for services

Well Duck there is absolutely nothing stopping you from taking your savings and starting a hospital staffed with world class doctors and state of the art equipment and delivering your services at a reasonable price that people can afford. Just Do It BRUHwhile you are right on, it’s wasted energy trying to convince any of the dueling banjo crowd that a $30 million Insurance CEO doesn’t know what’s best for your healthcare.
These POS prefer the status quo no matter how many people are paying $14,000 a year in premiums with a $4,000 deductible.
This is what they don't understand. If all the state's governors would have taken the money to expand medicaid like the plan was set up for to start with costs would have gone down.
That’s just ignorant. Exactly how does a state taking my tax money from the federal government to pay deadbeats medical bills make the cost go down?? If poor people don’t go to hospital for treatment the cost is zero. If they spend 3 weeks in the hospital with Medicaid paying for it the cost is outlandish. This is what they don't understand.
Gop sabotaged health care.
We all know everyone on medicaid are deadbeats right? That’s just ignorant. That’s just nothing but wrong. Tax dollars coming from the federal government to the states to expand Medicaid is not free money Bruh. It is tax dollars coming out of my damn pocket, I don’t care if it’s state tax dollars or federal tax dollars it all comes from taxpayers . I am tired of paying for free stuff for peopleIf all the state's governors would have taken the money to expand medicaid like the plan was set up for to start with costs would have gone down.
You pay more in insurance premiums due to big health care passing all the costs to you from uninsured customers. That’s just nothing but wrong. Nope, according to Duck you LOVE it when people get wiped out. Don't deny it.The expenses are devastating. So is being sick.
So you are NOT for your federal tax dollars coming back your home state. I haven't seen anything to suggest the states taking the medicaid money would raise our federal or state taxes one dime. That’s just nothing but wrong.
