Just say NO to drugs. The last wife that ran the White House used to say that.
It is a pain but it only takes a few seconds to put all these on ignore. The attack should subside soon I would think...............
I have a private VERY LARGE blue check X (fka Twitter) account this happens there, too. The key, though, is finding someone who can/will put a stop to it.
