I have no problem with trimming the size of government if you take the time to look at each agency or department and use some sort of logic in your decision making.
This example isn’t a national park, but it’s an example of the impact visitors to those parks have on small towns across the country. The NPS actually brings in billions of dollars and randomly cutting staff at those parks, which host 300 million visitors a year is insane. It shows a total lack of understanding of what is important to Americans and the economic impact of those places.
