Not sure I can answer that question because he did serve 8 years under Obama and that is why I do like him. Truth is most Trump supporters don't like his rude,hyperbole behavior....they do like how his methods are getting things done. What the leftist don't get is that their full 4 years of attacking Trump based on their dislike for him has turned and galvanized much of the middle ground to Trump.

This is a small sample size but I work with 2 RN's who hated Trump, one of them a bi-sexual who feared Trump would make being gay illegal and cried all night at work after he was elected says she will vote for him this time. The other is Religious Liberal who couldn't stand his rude blunt demeaning behavior and what she saw as his lack of compassion, now she has flipped script because of the continued and what she see's as unwarranted attacks on him with the impeachment and with the C19.

Now my GF still says she is Voting for Biden, but she is also waffling a bit because Biden seems to be mentally off kilter, her words not mine. I told her he is full on got some mental deterioration going on and I really hate to even bring that up because so many partisan mental health experts have tried to label Trump as having some mental disorder from the git go. But clearly Biden has some cognitive issues going on, but of course that won't be addressed in the mainstream media.
