It’s a simple comparison man. Kask said Trump made one speech about GF and is not unifying the country. I simply asked how many speeches has Biden made on GF?
THEN, I said how Dems aren’t trying to unify the country either. They are having riots and looting places. NO where do I make the comparison that if Biden did a speech on GF, that would unify the country.

I have zero Issue with pointing out that a lot of our Founding fathers owned Slaves, that Lincoln was a racist or that we over ran the Indians and took their land. It should be taught, but it should also be taught in the context of those time Periods and the Good that those complex men did shouldn't be negated either. The deserve their statues and they shouldn't be vandalized or torn down, if you don't like them I have no issue with that, but the destruction and one sided view points shouldn't rule the day.
No I don't consider all Dem's to be the left but many of the Liberals and many Dem's have been co-oped by the insane alt-left authoritarian wing. The issue is that the rank and file Dem's you say who disagree with this are being led by Dem's in power who are bending the knee to the Radicals......and more than willing to go along with this because the have such a hate for Trump. Sure the Pie in the sky belief is that the Pres. is suppose to represent all American's but that is a falsehood. Obama did not represent me at all, almost everything he said and did went against my core beliefs. , remaking American fundamentally, cutting the military budget, Arab Spring, Benghazi, universal healthcare,his guns and God elitist statement, his want to increase social programs for the shiftless, his want to turn us into Europe......all these things divided America and many felt the same way because many who voted for Obama voted for Trump.
Trump is worse off wealth wise than before he became president.....Obama left office a lot richer and So did Bill Clinton. Interesting fact that doesn't fit your narrative.
Trump does engage in weird hyperbole at times and is at times starkly honest. He clearly is a different type of cat. But he's not a lot different than any other politician he just doesn't hide who he is...that is refreshing.
Laugh out loud...that teacher won't have a room full of any more sneezing/snotty 8 yr old's than in the past, clearly C19 isn't attacking that demographic. I sort of weep for our children with this type of educator in charge.
He really doesn't need to sit down he can voice his opinion.....but it does make him look rather bad that he can't address the facts that are presented to him. He seems on the surface like a rational and logical guy. But then he at times goes off the rails because of his blinding hate for Trump. I disliked Obama, as a human being he disgusted me because without a doubt he hated America and wanted to remake it to fit his mentor's vision as they had Groomed him from a young age. But with that said I knew that 8 yr's was all he would get and while he could damage America badly getting irate and unbalanced was not going to do anyone any good. I just countered his supporters with facts,data and logic refuting their emotional love for him. Trump haters really can't attack his policies....I agree with them when they are right...he isn't worth a Darn on the Debt. He isn't a interested in unity those who hate him and work against him.He is crass, blunt,hyperbolic and a arrogant Dbag......all those things are true. He is very presidential either he has no smooze in his wheel house. But with that said his policies are so much better than the past two Prez's it's not even debatable.
Whether or not a classroom will have 30 kids sneezing or snoty or even running around with C19 is really taking away from what is Trump is trying to do. In the beginning of this pandemic I think Trump got it right for the most part the federal government stayed out and gave guide lines, and let the local and state elected officials do as they saw needed to be done in their area. Now most can agree C19 is not affecting all areas the same at all stages. I think really back in March April and may SWMO went into lock down way to soon and because of that people around here now have lock down hang over and are not currently taking the threat seriously enough now until it really hits them between the eyes.
So because of this I think Trump needs to stay the hell out of what my locally elected school board decides to do for our kids whether that is we are back in school in the fall, or doing half days or rotations, our school board will know what is best for our school in our area. Not Trump who is sitting in the White House 1,000 of miles away. When he goes on a rant like this about you are going to do what I say or else it reminds me of a Bully just blowing up because he is not getting his way, Again I thought in the beginning him letting local government decide I was okay with that, but now he wants to take that power away when they are not doing what he feels is right, even trying to use empty threats of holding money, which again is not right, that is why we have locally elected officials to make a decision that best fits our our local needs whether that is going to school full time or some other options.
I truly like many of his policies and things he has tried to do, but again when he does this sort of stupid thing with trying to force all schools to do what he thinks is best it makes me go what the hell man.

Well a tweet is one thing, but this morning he paraded out Voss, and the CDC to have them walk back their guidelines basically endorsing that we should all be back in school full time. Again these are the things that I just want to pull out my hair...and go your hurt your own election chance more when you do stupid stuff like this then those campaigning against you.
The American Pediatrics has concluded that children should return to school. But you are right, this is a local issue. The school districts will do what they do anyway.
Same is happening to the repubs because of trump. They are holding their nose and supporting him because they lack the moral fortitude to stand up to him. Case in point the US Senate, they are cowards.
I have no issue with Local school boards deciding, but long term we can't shut down schools and wait for this thing to blow over.Eventually schools are going to have to start teaching again. I agree Trump does get all Chest beating at times. But then he backs off and usually does the smart thing.
