Peyton Manning the #1 QB in regular season in Wins, Passing yards and Passing TDs---The best ever is NOW 3-2 VS TOM BRADY IN POST SEASON FOOTBALL GAMES.

Head to head. The games that count more than any other. Manning 3 Brady 2.

Brady's two picks today were a killer, huh?
Bahaha Enjoy.

I guess that's nearly as good as winning 4 Super Bowls.

Brady is the greatest QB of all time. Today doesn't change that.

You're a simpleton that looks at singular stats. While I hate to agree with duck, he's right. Brady has had consistency and a far better cast around him than Manning through most of his career.

Manning played well today but if you give him the credit your a fool. That defense played incredible. 4 sacks 14 knockdowns and 20 hurries. What killed them was the missed point after or the not kicking a field goal with five and a half minutes left. 145 net passing yards, please give the D some credit.

Thats the goofiest statement I hear on here. HOF player for player no freakin comparison between them on offense. What Moss for two years? Sure now with Gronk. You dont think Brady would take the studs Peyton had a WR ALL the years he was in Indy. Oh I forgot your the guy that thinks Bridgewater is a top QB......

Yeah, manning has played with a bunch of nobodies all his career. Manning played with Harrison, Wayne, Garson, and clark.

Manning has been the one with weapons throughout his career, not Brady.

4>>>1. Brady has simply had a much more successful career, in terms of wins and losses, than manning.

Based on your criteria, he is tied with Montana and Terry freakin Bradshaw. Except those boys never lost a super bowl.

That's obvious. Denver's defense is the best Manning has ever had. Brady has also had some great defenses. It's a team game. Judging a QB strictly by his teams success is like saying Derek Jeter is a better hitter than Ted Williams because he won more WS titles.

Manning is 4-1 in AFC championship games.
Those are huge games. He has more regular season wins than anyone. More TD passes. More passing yards. He has done it with four different coaches. That's impressive as hell.

And the thread says greatest regular season QB. Not sure how you can debate that.

I said he is a good QB. He literally has started a year and a half and almost won them a playoff game.

But yeah, offense is only part of the equation.

Fran Tarkenton, terrible QB
Dan Marino, what a schmuck
Barry Sanders who?!

So what stats are you using? TD to Int % or just TDs? Head to head wins, Brady 10 Manning 6. It's your post proffessing he's better because Denver won, now you say using the win as an example is stupid. Tom with a terrible loss today still has more TDs thrown and less interceptions in Denver this year than Peyton. Great win for Denver average game at best for Peyton.

I thought you said Minnys defense is awesome? Huh?

Marshall Faulk, Edgerrin James, Marvin Harrison, Dallas Clark, Reggie Wayne, Pierre Garcon, Demaryus Thomas, Julius Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders, Owen Daniels...yeah Peyton hasn't had anyone around him...

Brady's been to more AFC title games than any other QB (10), he's been to more Super Bowls than any other QB (6), and he's tied for the most Super Bowl wins (4)...

...the only reason he's not universally recognized as the greatest QB ever is that he is not very likable.

Yeah, the AFC championship game is less than the super bowl, right? I mean, surely we can agree Tom Brady has been the better postseason QB.

You're not saying the stat about 4 different coaches is more impressive than actually winning 4 Super Bowls, right?

I'm not debating anything. If you look at the totality of Tom Brady's career, I think he's the greatest QB ever. He's certainly above Manning.

Based off hearsay. Anything proven that Tom himself did? So with that I guess it's okay to say Peyton took HGH. Right? He's been accused....

Difference is....you tell me Tom Brady cheated and I, like most people, find that believable. Tell me Peyton was on HGH and I, like most people, don't believe it.

Peyton is a great ambassador for the game and has always been a standup guy. Brady has always been surrounded by controversy and it has tainted his legacy.

Do you really believe his wife was the one taking HGH? I really don't care if he did take HGH, but there's about as much proof that he did take it as there is Brady deflated those footballs.

I look at sources, then evidence, then background. All of which are in Peyton's favor in this case. And basically zero proof.

And if we are looking at just the deflating football incident. We know Brady didn't deflate the balls himself. But there are indications that he may have given the equipment manager dude instructions. Whether it be the texts or I believe there was a video. Then you look at spygate and again you can't say Brady knew about what was going on. But I highly doubt he was clueless.

I don't get this whole thread. Both those guys are phenomenal QB's. 2 of the best to play the game. I think most of his career Brady has had a better team because of the defense. Yesterday the difference in the game was definitely Denver's defense.

I don't know that I have a clear choice but if you put a gun to my head and said who is the greatest QB of all time I would probably say Brady but I wouldn't laugh at someone if they said Manning.

One of the best parts of the 2015-16 season is watching Manning, who is fighting age, nagging injuries, and a really good back-up on his heals comeback a play good enough to be in the Superbowl (Billy Chapel like). He beat Brady yesterday, head to head, I give the nod to Manning.

I agree with some of this, it's valid. Both QB's looked like real football players yesterday. Brady got pummeled, it was awesome.

Any chance you listened to mike and mike this morning. Chris Carter and Stephen A Smith talking about the injustice Belichek has done with Brady. One of the greatest QBs to ever play who redid his contract taking a pay cut and them not signing any talent at receiver even cutting Welker and not adding any outside threats. Them guys probably don't know anything either though right Brady's had tons of talent around him....

Taylor-Rice, Holt- Bruce, Carter- Moss, Rice-Owens, Reed-Lofton, Harrison-Wayne are some the all time great duos. Brady supporting cast is not even close. You've changed my mind.

Yea Steven A. Smith, now that guy is a football expert. Good call Peat. Bahaha

I think most people agree continuity of the coaching staff and front office is huge with regard to long-term success in football. Yet Manning has gone to the SB with four different coaches. He is a field general and a coach on the field. I have seen tape of him coaching the receivers with none of coaches anywhere to be found. The way he completely runs the offense is what separates him from other great QBs in my opinion. That is why I consider him the greatest regular season QB of all time. If winning super bowls is your primary criteria, Bradshaw and Montana are both four for four. So I guess they are the greatest in your book.
