The separation of church and state was a “myth,” he said. “In November we are going to take our state back, my God will make it so.”

Was that guy that said the church is supposed to guide that state, not the other way around?

Have you guys been reading about the rich evangelicals who have been wining, dining, and entertaining Thomas, Alito , etc for the past couple of decades? The entire concept of the Supreme Court has been completely destroyed. It’s time to write some laws to get the SC straightened out.

It all starts at the Heritage Foundation... This is where they get their marching orders.

And stop this nonsense of lifetime appointments. NO one should have that at any level of our government. 10 years would be more reasonable.

Average male lifespan in 1788 was 38 years, 60's was a long life. The founders surely expected that people would not live long enough to spend 30 years on the court.

Looks like it’s Catholic boys:

That article is not correct....the SC job is to check and balance the rest of govt. That was why they exist. And justices should be philosophers before Judges!! That is the biggest bunch of BS ever. They should be a theorist when performing their checks and balances of the legislative branch that over reaches and infringes on the rights of others?? That was not the intent of the founding fathers in regards to the SC at all. If they wanted thinkers and theorist's they wouldn't of made them judges of the law.

This nutter lost all credibility when he started to spew the lazy itst, ism and phobe party line.

You do realize if you factor out the high rate of infant mortality that the life expectancy of humans throughout history hasn't vast amount!! It wasn't much different than today as far as life spans go over all.

Peoples of the learned class had life spans that have not changed all that much....this is taught in Anthropology 101. Now the debate is on whether the lower classes had a significant lower Life Span.

Sorry to burst your theory
