Texas loses to ISU 24-0

It was a bad loss for my guys mo doubt. But also showed how good Texas is actually capible of playing. At the time I really thought it would save a coaching change. But now you have to wonder.
Iowa State still full of scholarship athletes like everyone else. remember Iowa State should have beat Iowa they're not terrible.
Didn't...but could have. Game was 17-17 with 2 minutes to go. Iowa scored twice in last couple minutes to clinch it.
Iowa St is not very good but they make teams work to beat them.

Veer, there you go again running at the mouth with out knowing the facts. Dont let ESPN influence you. They have played a harder schedule then the majority of the undefeateds. The schedule they have played has the best win percentage of any of the other undefeated teams. Don't be mad that Mizzou, is back to being the Mizzou they were in the Big 12.

Iowa is good (like kU* was in 2007). They just aren't being pushed by any quality teams IMO. Not quality like LSU's.
Mizzou in the big 12? last 5 years in that league they were 12-2, 10-4, 8-5, 10-3, 8-5. Mizzou bounces back from down years (see 2012: didn't iowa have a bad year then too? )

I totally agree with you on LSU! I think they're the best team in the country. We will find out a lot this weekend, including Iowa at Indiana. They never play well there!

Let's compare last 15-20? Or is the last 10 the end all be all? There's a reason you didn't go back 15-20 years! Iowa had 3 top 10 teams from 2002-04.

When did I do that? Don't kenny it up now and start saying stuff that just isn't true. HIstorically Mizzou isn't very good. Did I deny that? Reality is the 'used to bes' are fading and Mizzou is on the upswing even having the rough season.

I'd rather watch the Hawkeyes over my Mizzou any time. Mizzou's offense is boring, and has been for years. The Hawkeyes at least try to do something physical. Iowa State is cooler than Mizzou too. IS takes average kids and play average to below average, the home games in Ames are fun. Mizzou finds some way to screw up there chances at nut-cuttin time. Pinkel never wanted to go to the SEC, he lucked out for two years. Mizzou will never win a crown in that league.

After the 45-28 bowl loss to Tennessee (3-5) last year (and the bowl loss to SEC the year before as well) you should expect stuff like that. Being down 42-7 in the 4th before UT put the JV in has to leave a mark.
