As you guys are all aware, the STL area has become the Privates Rule as they recruit gifted students who happen to be great athletes. I am just trying to prepare the rest of the state as there is a possibility that Private Schools can win all the titles except for Class 1. The only reason not in Class 1 is that they bumped Valle up to Class 3 because of the success multiplier. They would move be calling for a Private School class!!! But the best team in the area is a public school, East St. Louis in Illinois, who by the way ended up with multiple transfers who happen to be D1 prospects and of course Luther Burden, top Mizzou recruit. If he had stayed at Ritter, they would be the favorite in Class 3, the kid is that good. Now, can you imagine what the people will be saying if these are the state champions?

Class 6 STATE CHAMPION: CBC
Class 5 STATE CHAMPION: Chaminade
Class 4 STATE CHAMPION: MICDS
Class 3 STATE CHAMPION: St. Mary’s
Class 2 STATE CHAMPION: Lutheran SC

I'm not buying that if Burden was at Ritter that they would beat St. Mary's....But either way, it would help an already good Ritter team....

Do the kids from Illinois have to pay an extra Out-Of-State tuition to attend those school? Some players are well out of the 25 mile radius as well.

Burden would have to stay healthy, which he did not help them win it last year and he would have to stay in the game and not be ejected.

They have multiple people that get them Illinois addresses with in the district. It’s a known thing and kids from LN and Trinity are there now, and well as the two D1 prospects from Duschene
