Steve Springer, Major League player, instructor, hitting coach and
author of the mental side of hitting is looking to host a 1-2 hour
lecture on the mental side of hitting . I have made
contact with him through Seth Connor, a Rogersville player from a few
years ago drafted by the Blue Jays. He has agreed to come to Rogersville
in November to put on a two hour talk along with his CD/DVD's.
The cost is 75.00 per player or coach who wants to attend. That includes
his 60.00 set of DVD and Audio CD's . So basically he is coming for
15.00 dollars a person.I saw him speak at the ABCA's a few years ago and
he is phenomenal. We are opening that up to everyone and their
programs. Basically I need to know if your program is interested in
having kids and or coaches come to this. The date would be the first or second week of November at Rogersville High School. Please email Casey Ledl at cledl@logrog.net if you are interested in having players or coaches attend. It is open to parents or teams as well but the cost is 75.00 per person and has to be paid in advance.I have to know by mid September in order to get accurate count of how many DVD's he will need to ship.
