Someone is ranking youth football teams in Missouri? This is completely crazy. 1) These are teams that never meet. 2) Some are feeder programs and some are hand-picked. 3) Seriously?

I will say this...I saw the weight limited Fort Osage team from Pop Warner play the unlimited Silverbacks from Blue Springs. It was 49-0 at halftime, Fort Osage could score in two or three plays every time with their little team. Unlimited weight is overrated.

Saw 9U KC Elite play at the show-me games and wasn't real impressed. They where huge but all they really did was run QB sweeps. A parent told me they were an all star team.

10U should include Brookfield. They run a hurry up spread with no coach on the field

Unless you're talking MSHSAA sanctioned 7th and 8th grade teams (same rules, level playing field), the topic of youth football rankings is useless in MO (it's like comparing apples to onions).

Wish we would just let kids be kids; at least with varsity high school ball you're talking about young men most whom can drive.
