State Rankings???

We could have state ranks if all coaches would put their stats on Maxprep. It would sure be nice for our sport and the teams deserve the recognition.

Any idea how many teams are still undefeated with Districts coming up pretty soon?

This is very unofficial, so I apologize if I missed anyone with a great record or misrepresented a record. Of course, the best thing about this time of year is we all start at 0-0 again next week anyway! Good luck to all!!

Re: Some of the better records

Thanks for that info. Looks like the brackets could get pretty interesting when districts start.

Re: Some of the better records

I believe Cape ND is still undefeated. They won their own tournament, the Jackson Tournament and the Seckman Tournament. They have a good combination of power and speed to go with pretty good pitching and defense.

Re: Some of the better records

Two of Naylor's losses are from Cape ND. The other loss came from Park Hills.

Re: Some of the better records

I think PH has only one loss, that was in the Perryville Tournament.

Re: Some of the better records - Class 3

Re: Some of the better records - Class 4

Cape ND and Park Hills both play in the district at Potosi. They "should" meet in the finals but anything can happen. I should add that Perryville is in that district too so P.H.-vs ND in the championship game is not a lock.

Park Hills Central

Pretty sure that they lost in the Conference Tournament Final to Farmington a few days ago.

Re: Park Hills Central

They lost 9-7, that was after I said they had 1 loss. They play St.Pius Tuesday before going into District play.

Class 1, District 1
Naylor is 18-4. All of the losses are to higher class schools, and two were to Cape ND.

Re: Some of the better records - Class 4

It's District Time. As 3Rfan said above "Anything can happen", Polo beats #1 Meadville.

#1 seeds in Districts

8 #1 seeds in Class 1 didn't make it through districts. This half the field. Where there alot of teams looking past their opponents or were the districts that even?
