Mid is not a direction. If you'd have taken your schooling at Helias, you'd know that.
Wouldn't have minded Odessa and St. Marys playing in a Covid bowl this week... they should both be out of quarantine now right?
Class 1
Windsor 28 - Mid Buc 26: I've been saying either Thayer or Windsor is the best team in C1 for a few weeks now but like everyone else I was amazed by what MB did to Adrian, but it's too late to flop now!
Class 2
Lamar 35 - Pius 14: I think Pius has the horses to keep this close going into the 2nd half, after Lamar makes some adjustments I think they can win comfortably.
Class 3
Blair Oaks 42 - Maryville 28: Did not expect this match up at all, but BO has looked unstoppable lately.
I don't follow the big classes at all but here's my best guess based off of nothing but MaxPreps:
Class 4
Helias 26 - MICDS 21
Class 5
Jackson 35 - Platte County 7

Does anyone Windsor played this year have a real one-two punch of the run game and passing game like Mid-Buch? I know they played quality teams in the playoffs especially but did Skyline run the ball as well as they passed?

Skyline's QB is comparable to Noyes, and that offense was legit but nothing like Mid Bucs.

Most teams I watched in Class 1 are pretty run-heavy and Mid-Buch can def. run and pass and I wondered if they(Windsor) has seen a team like that.
Mid Buc def isn't bringing anything to the table that Windsor hasn't seen before. It's just a question of if they're the most complete team they've seen.
I'm confident Mid-Buch is the most complete team they will have seen. Two years ago when this senior class was sophomores they lost by 1 to Lincoln in the semis. Last year they ran into Valley in St. Genevieve and at this point they've seen it all short of a championship game. They've been slowed in their run game for a total of 2 quarters this year -1st qtr vs E. Buch and 1st qtr vs Penney. I Thought Thayer was the best team in Class 1 this year but I don't think they had a good passing offense and that doomed them.

No, we spent all week making that costume! Then we dances up to the gate singing “Hi how are ya, Precious? Hi how are ya Precious?” Nasty woman and guard didn’t believe us. Not at all!
Poor Smeagol had to slink away and listen to it on the radio.

WOW! I entirely agree with you guys’ assessment of the Class 6 game and the remaining playoff teams . I could go on, but I prefer to just let everyone listen for themselves. Fortunately I was able to get into to see the MICDS-Helias game thanks to some very gracious MICDS people getting me a ticket. Also want to say a certain Jackson parent went above and beyond to try to get me a ticket, but was ultimately denied by MSHSAA... Really goes to show how gracious people are. Safe to say the people of Missouri did what they could do to get us in. Highlights of the Class 4 finals are out on Twitter and full highlights will be up on YouTube this morning!
