He also forgot to mention he wants the states pay up for at least 25% of HIS new unemployment deal. His main man on the morning shows couldn't even figure the amount of the new checks, was it $400 or $800? Oh wait it's $400 from the feds and $400 from the states. NO one with anything to do with the WH has any clue what he wants this thang to be, nor does anyone even know if he can do it on his own, since congress controls the push strings.

How is a payroll tax 'suspension' helped anybody if they have to pay it back at the end of the year? Not to mention it does NOTHING to help those without a job therefore aren't paying those taxes anyway.
