to retrieve $10,000 in cash some guy who asked for a meeting gave him in Israel. It has been locked in his attorneys safe since it happened.

When Papadopoulos returned to the USA from that trip he says the FBI met him at the airport and searched him and all of his luggage looking for something, presumably the cash.

He is saying he is sure the bills are marked currency and the FBI was setting him up to be charged as an unregistered foreign agent like they did everyone else they have fingered
