It’s like I’m talking to a child. When you are appointed, you don’t magically have all the evidence all of a sudden. You have to investigate first. That takes time. Then you bring charges after investigating and finding evidence, unlike what the new old guy wants to do.

I would think if you are bringing charges against a United States President (something that had never happened before),, that the offense would be so blatant that the facts are clear and evident.
In this case we had a Federal prosecutor who was literally in search of a crime to be able to bring charges against a political enemy.

You have neither the slightest clue how evidence specifically nor the legal system in general works. If I were prosecuting a former United States president, I would want to make sure that my case was as sound and sured up as humanly possible. I’m not just going to run into court slap some evidence on the table and say he’s guilty, like you apparently think the legal system works. This is not to mention mountain of delaying tactics that Trump’s lawyers employed just in case he happened to be elected. Oh, did you not know that? They used everything in the lawyer’s playbook to delay, delay, delay as many cases and sentencing hearings as possible until after the election.
