Skyline vs Clever

Skyline has Clever's number. They go hard to the rim and Clever can't stay in front of them and the help isn't there because of a lack of lateral quickness I guess. It's a bad match up for them. Skyline plays very good man to man D, really get out and guard.

Skyline is on everyone’s radar every year. This year is no different. They play arguably the best schedule of any class 2 team in the state. If they get out of their district I think they go to the final four.
Mt. Vernon doesn’t have enough scoring to be a factor in class 3. They could win that district though cause it’s not very good
Skyline always is and will be tough as nails as long as Cheek is their. The way he has the whole program set up is great.

Mt Vernon is a solid team and they seem to be improving but they've played and will play a pretty weak schedule going forward and they have one great player, a good player, and not a lot after that. They aren't physically imposing in any way really other than Stokes is FAST.
Based on common opponents Clever looks like the favorite in that district, but if Stokes goes off assuming that match up happens then all bets are off.
