It looks like starting in the 23-24 school year, the Final 4s will be in Columbia again.

No Idea why. More money and bigger attendance in Springfield. I will have to say I enjoy watching games at the Hearnes Center though.

CoMo is centrally located, but that's all I can see that is an advantage over Springfield. Yes, Mizzou Arena is bigger than JQH or whatever we are calling it now but that doesn't matter when the place won't fill up for most if not all of the games. With MSHSAA, it's all about the money, so someone must've opened up their wallet to get this back to CoMo.

Definitely money is the reason they moved it back. They hopefully got a lot of it up front because they won't be making as much from attendance during those years.

Attendance is not good in Como- sure, I like watching games in Hearnes but not a fan of Mizzou arena. Overall, the experience in Springfield was much better. Feel like the crowd is much more a part of the game at the Q.

Not to mention the crowd control in CoMo- they are extremely picky about when and where you can sit
