ADMINISTERING INTERNET WEBCASTS All of the same conditions above (under Administering Radio Broadcasts) apply to Internet broadcasts with the following exceptions: 1) A rights fee is required for ALL AUDIO WEBCASTS (District through Semifinals). The fee schedule is as follows: 8-man - $25 Class 1 - $25 Class 2 - $30 Class 3 - $35 Class 4 - $40 Class 5 - $45 Class 6 - $50 2) A rights fee is required for ALL VIDEO WEBCASTS (District through Semifinals). The fee schedule is as follows: Delayed Webcasts (Non-Championship) $250; Live Webcasts (Non-Championship) $500 3) The station representative must complete the Internet Webcast Agreement. 3) All Internet Webcasts must air at least 24 hours after the game's kickoff to be considered a delayed webcast

If you want to get "techinal" Periscoping or Facebook Live is not webcasting. You can only access "data" if you are a member of that company.

Isn't there a loophole that allows for free student led broadcasts? Because after all this whole thing is about educational opportunities...right MSHSAA??
