So if Elon is saving us money why do we need to Raise the Debt limit, should there not be alot of room now?

The House’s budget resolution, which the committee will mark up on Thursday, will raise the debt limit by $4 trillion. The United States has amassed $36.22 trillion in debt over decades.

This is not what we voted for people Trump said he would lower the Debt.

I would be all for reducing all budgets in 2025 so that we spend not a single dollar more than we take in
