Is he responsible for the undisciplined, awful play/behavior at the end of the game?
Or is the GM? Burfect and Jones are criminals.

They have talent.... They play hard...... But man are they stupid. They completely earned the name "Bungles" this evening. Wow!

Both responsible for who they have on the team but only Lewis can be or should be held responsible for the onfield actions, of course outside the players themselves. Cannot believe those back to back penaltys on one play giving Pitt a chip shot field goal. Not only did he cost his team a playoff win but #55 is going to lose alot of coin for that shot on Brown.

Is he responsible for the steelers coach being on the field in the bengals huddle? What do you think your old heroes like LT or jones would have done? Give me a break.

A #Bengals player tells me 55/24 behavior unchecked all year, he knew they would lose close game b/c guys blow it emotionally/situationally

Arent coaches always on the field when theres a player down??? LT would have been busting some Bengals teammmates arse for costing him his chance to move on. Disagree? That crap doesnt go on with teams that had leaders. And not sure what you think they would have done it was Joey Porter uhm guessing not many want much to do with him.

Give me a freakin break. The coach was jawing with the Bengals players. Really, no current players want to give Joey Porter a run for his money? GTFO. Blame is on both sides. Only one side got penalized.

They're talking about it right now on NBC. They just said assistant coaches cannot be on the field. So you're wrong again.

Got a little Duck in ya? Read in something I guess you want it to say and then comment. He did mouth off to the dbag that knocked out arguably the best reciever in the league, never said he didnt. I did scoff at your "huddle" comment. The only huddle was around him after he mouthed 55. And yes Porter is going to be fined for being out there. Had he not confronted said player or players nothing would be done because YES COACHES and sometimes YES ASSISTANTS go on the field when players are down and hurt. To say otherwise is ignorant. Does my post say "No current players want to mess with Porter"? Or does it say not many? Porter was one of the meanest dudes on the field not that long ago. If you watch games they all arent dheads. Porter was..I do like the "they just said it was illegal" uhm what part of what started this convo wasnt, its Football. "Wrong again" yet nothing I said was wrong, LMAO come on Kenny eat something to much pregame drinking on an empty stomach isnt healthy...

You fail to acknowledge porter should have been flagged. That would have drastically changed the field position.

Another busted move by the NFL is assigning that train wreck of an officiating crew back to that game again.

Steelers got away with one. My care factor is little because I don't care for either team. But find it amusing everybody bashing the Bengals when the blame is on both sides.

Porter absolutely should have been. Not for being on the field but for antagonizing. The deal with the Bengals is its every week, every year. Burfict got fined 70,000 in the last Pitt/Cincy game in Dec. for his hit on Rothlesberger. This one is probably going to cost him more and more than likely a game or two to start next year. I wouldnt expect any less from my teammates to have my back especially on a guy that already had cheap shot our QB the game before. I think that mindset had a lot to do with Porter getting in to it, it hasnt been that long ago he was a part of the rivalry. Anyway spilled milk, good luck today. This wouldnt be a good time to be a season ticket holder, -2 degrees wind chill -10 or better, thats ugly especially to be sitting in the stands..

Check out @espn's Tweet:

in my opinion.

off-setting penalties against joey porter & adam jones. coach shouldn't be instigating players shouldn't be retaliating.

mike tomlin = 1 game suspension for his inability to control his coaches twice during the game.

Your not going to get a better coach than Marvin Lewis. Without a doubt the Bengals
2 better players lost their cool and the result was a lost, but there is no one of the
Quality coach of Marvin Lewis stature that is aviable. Steeler fans tickle me they
have been one of the dirtiest teams for years and now they cry give me a break.
Coach Porter is out of control and by NFL rules cant be on field. He was cussing
the Bengals before the game real class act for a coach. I didn't care who won this
game but both sides was out of control.
