Had symptoms. Had the Rona. Cut hair any way for 8 days upon the re-opening.

As bad as you all don’t want it to be true. It’s much worse than flu.

Researchers who examined the lungs of patients killed by covid-19 found evidence that it attacks the lining of blood vessels there, a critical difference from the lungs of people who died of the flu, according to a report published Thursday in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Critical parts of the lungs of patients infected with the novel coronavirus also suffered many microscopic blood clots and appeared to respond to the attack by growing tiny new blood vessels, the researchers reported.

The observations in a small number of autopsied lungs buttress reports from physicians treating covid-19 patients.Doctors have described widespread damage to blood vessels and the presence of blood clots that would not be expected in a respiratory disease.

Duck this story is not exactly what happened or how th media wants to portray it. This is how come people are getting death threats over stupid stuff like this.

The person went to the doctor, the doctor said you allergies and gave them a note that it was allergies, never had a fever. They either also got tested that day or later in the week but were not told they could not work while waiting on the test they were again told it was allergies. The manager of the saloon also had been testing them everyday just as they do with all other workers there and they never showed any fever just a running nose. Once the test came back they never went back in, but they did test all the other workers and another also tested positive that had no symptoms. It is sad, but sorry every time you go to the store you could meet a person who has it, that is just the facts of life right now.

I think this in many cases can be way worse than the flu, I personally don't want it, I would take the flu over it. However there are many people now testing positive for the antibodies who said they never showed any symptoms and could not pin point a time when they were sick and could of had it. I personally know one who tested positive for the antibodies and they don't know when they could of had it....

At some point we are all going to have the face the facts that you can either live your life in total fear and never do anything or leave your house. Or do your best to social distant and be careful and try to stay healthy. I personally don' think we are going to have a vaccine anytime soon for it, my guess is it could be years away. So what are you going to do during that time?
Yes there are going to be those who are going to take extreme chances like at the lake of the Ozarks this weekend, but there are always going to be those people. We all know smoking causes cancer yet we still produce cigs and people still smoke them every day and dye from cancer for doing it, but it doesn't stop people from taking chances. Do I think it is right....But does the government outlaw cigs or many of the other things that people do every day that we know could end up killing you?

The difference is cancer is NOT contagious, apparently this thang is highly contagious.

The death rate is .2% according to the CDC. Contagious but ultimately only an issue if you're REALLY old, REALLY fat, or REALLY sick already.

Cigarettes are still legal because of one thing $$$$$$$$$$$$

And people want them so they should be legal....same can be said of any unhealthy item like Candy or Soda Pop....which leads to Heart disease/Diabetes/cancer etc. People want them and it's commerce. I don't smoke Cig's but let's not be a smoke Nazi and act like they are worse than other vices.

And they don't deserve to live??????????

WOW that's a big leap....nobody said they didn't deserve to live....but those in the high risk category don't deserve special treatment and to expect everyone else who is minimally at risk to alter their lives and way of living to accommodate their higher risk.

This is Not unlike my Daughter who is highly allergic to Peanuts life threatening in fact, she has had 3 Anaphylaxis episodes in which she had to epi-pen herself and was hospitalized as well. But I and she don't expect everyone to stop eating peanut products to accommodate her just because she is high risk, it is on her to avoid peanut products and to keep herself safe.

Some people even my own X- In-laws have a hard time understanding that even the slightest contact with Peanut residue has triggered her Anaphylaxis episodes and they still have those products in their house. She still visits taking the risk but tries to mitigate the risk with her epipen's. I don't chastise them or even expect them to stop living their lives how they want either. My daughter is the high risk person not them. As I said it's on her to make herself safe not on everyone else....

I'm not making light of your daughter's peanut allergy, but it is not contagious so not the same thing.

His point, which you clearly missed, was it's an individual's responsibility to take precautions to keep themselves healthy/safe.

If you are high risk for WuFlu I shouldn't have to stop my life because of it. Take personal responsibility, take appropriate measures, but don't try to regulate me.

It's kind of like this:

You do whatever you feel you need to within your means to keep yourself safe. That's individual liberty.

Telling me (or the other 300 million Americans who are low risk) that we can't live our lives, go to work, take what we consider acceptable risks because it MIGHT impact you is fascist.

Do away with speed limits, seat belts, smoking in public, do away with USDA inspection of food eat what you want to name a few.

You can't speak for me. I don't oppose anyone living their life as they please, but out of respect for my fellow human beings, I am using some precautions for a limited period in my life - save your breath, I believe the scientists who say we will have a vaccine sometime by next summer.

I guess you are fine with scenes like the LOZ pool party last weekend. That's just stupid right now and no respect for your fellow countrymen.

Yes I'm fine with it. Informed adults took what they consider an acceptable risk with THEIR health.

Do I think it was ill advised? Sure do, that's why I wasnt there. Fortunately we still have the individual freedom to decide what to do and where to go.

At best .2% death rate. Take individual responsibility and do what's best for you, quit trying to control everyone else.

@SadButTrue I decided to show ignored content to see who was stalking me and of course it was you.

Understand me, I am done with trolls. You, all of Duck's handles, and Veer2Eternity are all on ignore and will stay there because I will not be sucked back into your trolling.

Your obsession with me is cute, but will remain unrequited. Find another target because I'm done. Or keep being a stalker, I won't see it either way.

Bye. Ignored.

See you are so completely on the other side...I didn't say I was okay with what they did, I said I understand why they did it, but I don't agree 100%. Now because of this party there is a chance....however so very slight.... that those attending that party could ever affect you or me. ... Like you I take precautions everyday, but here is the thing, I am essential so I have to go into work every day. My kids have to go to daycare everyday with about 20 other kids who go home to their families who have to work in public and there is a risk there and it is scary I think about it everyday! I understand there is going to be some risk I am going to have to take, that is part of my job, so that is part of my life now, it worries me, but I have to live and my kids have to eat.

I hope we might have a vaccine someday, but it could be years away, it could be limited who the hell knows nobody!! But everyday we learn more about this virus, About every day I google Vaccine Covid just to see if there are any changes.

Respect is a two way street, I respect you and your beliefs but I also respect theirs, I wish they wouldn't have done it, but again I understand why. I will continue to be cautious everyday. But I will also live my life.

agree, and I also remember being young, 10' tall, and bulletproof, no pun intended. I probably would have been in that pool too at age 18. I don't expect people to stay isolated at home, just wish they would use common sense. I don't think it's such a huge sacrifice to avoid situations like to LOZ pool party for a few months, but at this point in my life I am around huge crowds rarely - a few concerts a year, high school sports. Heck, I'm heading to louisiana on a fishing trip soon with 7-8 guys not in my normal circle of friends, nervous as can be about it, but I'm still going, and avoiding new orleans.

Yeah we went to dogwood canyon to hike this last weekend, it was busier than I would have liked, but my kids had been in the house for 3 straight months so we needed to get out. But no I probable will not be going to any pool parties....LOL.

Show Ignored Content. Obsessed.

I’m being stalked again and I am not reading a word. I must make someone horny. Bet his favorite baseball team is the yank-ees.
Just found out today that a couple of people that work at the quick shop/Subway in Mt. View have tested positive. I know several people that stopped there on the way back from Norfolk Lake Monday. This a trip a whole bunch of my daughter's extended family make every year but her family and her in-laws stopped at different spot. Hope the rest of the crew doesn't get this thang.

I'm not making light of your daughter's peanut allergy, but it is not contagious so not the same thing.

No its not exactly the same but it can be transmitted by contact and through the air....all of her reactions have been from residue from tables, chairs, but one and it was air borne a sac at a picnic had at one time been full of peanuts(unknown by all) and when it was unfolded for a race she was nearby and went into a Antaphylatic episode... . And the agents have a longer life on surfaces than a virus as well, so there are some correlations.

But my point is that those at high risk....which is such a small fraction of the population can't and shouldn't dictate how the low risk live their lives. Being contagious or not shouldn't even factor into the infringement of ones freedom if they are low risk. The High risk should take precautions and do what ever they must, but leave everyone else alone and if the High Risk are put out and infringed upon than so be it that is their lot for being High Risk.

I know Duck would like to update this but he is no longer with us. In case anyone is still hiding under their bed:

From KY3.com

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- The Springfield-Greene County Health Department reports the incubation period has passed from those potentially exposed from Great Clips. No clients of either stylist nor additional coworkers contracted COVID-19 as a result.

Two stylists tested positive in May after working at the Great Clips at 1864 S. Glenstone Ave, potentially exposing 140 clients and six other coworkers. No additional clients or coworkers tested positive.

So how many names do you have, stopper? I guess we are suppose to believe you joined for the first time on Jan. 1, 2020.
I had two others. 10=1 and Ronnie Bass.

Both times I was banned for “going against community guidelines.” Never given an explanation as to what was against community guidelines though.

Just the left trying to silence the right, that’s all.

*Funny you ask me about this though. Don’t ever recall you calling out Duckie for having multiple, still actively posting handles. But you’re real quick to call me out. And any other right wing poster here. And this isn’t the first time you brought this up either.*

Not to mention kaskaskiakid is on his second handle. People get arbitrarily banned, typically it's conservative posters banned.

I assume you are joking when you say
“Just the left trying to silence the right, that’s all.” If not, you really are demented, bro.
