We always eat ham for Thanksgiving and Christmas, lot better than turkey. Turkey taste just like spotted owl and bald eagle, only drier.

I am with you VB. Several cheeses and Oberle sausage for appetizers.
Ham and Turkey for dinner. But we save the pork tenderloin for Christmas.
