Senior Night

Assuming you have more goslings Goose, enjoy them while you can.

Our LAST had their senior night a couple of weeks ago. What are me and the wife going to do now???

We have a freshman gosling and that is it. Man, I feel for you. I go stir crazy in between high school events when it is just days. I guess you can do what the wife and I did before ours were old enough - we chased around all over the area watching other peoples' kids play. That's all I know to do.

You can keep on going. I watch a LOT of games and I've never had kid playing. It's lot of fun when you don't have a kid out there. I watch many games that I don't care who wins, you find out the officials are much better than you thought when you had a dog in the fight.

Me and the bride have watched a LOT of games in the last 10 or 12 years, probably 500 to 600 hundred, but when your children are playing is the best. We are done this year with our kids but will be watching the nephews and grandchildren in the future.

It is bittersweet, enjoy it while you can.

3R, I can relate

That's exactly what we did. Follow other kids. Now we travel to watch our kids coach. I guess the refs may get a little better. Ha ha. But really I find the ones I thought were bad when my kids played are still bad. Ha ha. But overall I think the officials are usually equally bad for both teams. So does it really matter. Part of the game is adjusting to the officials.
