Heard a rumor, from a pretty good source, that football will now do what basketball, baseball, and other sports do and rotate semifinal pairings starting this year. Anyone else hear this as well?
Meaning: Quarterfinal winner of Districts 1 and 2 will play winner of Districts 5 and 6, Districts 3 and 4 will play Districts 7 and 8, rotate that again next year.
Class 6 did this in 2013 with District 1 v 4 and 2 v 3 in their semifinals.
