They did the best they could. I am sure Florida and Georgia are doing the best they could. But Georgia opened up schools in communities that have high infection rates and some have already shut down.
NY screwed up the nursing home thing but they followed the data on most everything else. Hundreds of nursing home residents have died in Missouri, also. Are you blaming anyone?
