Justice Scalia has not commented on the Wilson Grand Jury

those are comments he made over 20 years ago


He didn't want to indict Wilson because there wasn't enough evidence to get a conviction on any of the four possible charges.

The only reason he presented it before a grand jury was so there would be and independent appraisal of the facts in the case.

The only reason he did that was so the low life's in the area wouldn't burn their own town down,,,,,,
