No, top seeds need to get better. Paper rating don't mean shift. That is why I like our playoff system. If 8 can beat a one that 1s asz is staying home.

Agreed... eliminate the byes.

16 teams. Power conferences have 2 division winners that get automatic bids. Smaller conferences get 1 automatic bid. A few spots left for at large bids.
