the summer, Marquette senior center Ryan Rosburg announced his
decision to attend the University of Missouri next year. Rosburg has
been a dominant force for the Mustangs since he stepped into high school and now
in his senior year the Stangs open the season among the top ten teams in the
state.
Rosburg, who helped the Mustangs to their first district title
under head coach Shane Matzen averaged 16 points, 8.4 rebounds last season,
including 130/227 free throws (57%). The Mustangs open their season
against Peoria Richwoods in Washington, Illinois in a quality Thanksgiving
shootout.
