With the win, Rockhurst has moved into 4th in the district, but I wouldn't pick them to beat LSN or LSW, who are in 5th and 6th.

LSN just lost to Pay-Pec, Blue Springs took out LSW, Staley beats Park Hill.... Class 6 in the KC area is a giant mixmaster ! The parity is unbelievable. Good luck to anyone attempting to pick how this all turns out.
Liberty North #2 in Class 6. Will meet DeSmet presumably in the semi. IF they survive the onslaught of the District 8 playoff.

They are rolling. Both, though, will have to work through a mine field to even meet.
They could tell by the tatoos...one was of Mary and Joseph...they know it was Rockhurst.
CBC has a new "Freshman" running back they will unleash in the playoffs. Those tats look familiar? Hmmm
With Park Hill showing every week that they lack an offense and the Lee's Summit schools tanking, Ray-Pec is the clear #2 in KCMO Class 6. But I don't think they will give Liberty North too much trouble.
I do think there is some hope for Park Hill but they will have to win games 10-7 or 14-10. If they give up 14+, they are in trouble.
If Park Hill remains next to Ray-Pec in seeding they will jump them due to head to head. This Friday will be very telling when PH plays BS. Trojans win, they could make some noise come District play in a couple weeks. I’m also thinking BS could win District 2 in C6. They play a brutal schedule and I think can win that District.
We all know this but it makes them feel better to think they actually beat a good CBC team.
I don’t blame them. Getting abused for 6-7 years by CBC is going to create some animosity. The Cadets can’t win EVERY year, but we’ll see what happens once Districts starts.

Thanks for this irrelevant information. Thank God we have eyeballs so we actually can watch games and see who's good and who isnt. Rock played close games. It wouldnt surprise anyone if they came out atop KC class 6

Blue Springs could easily win District 2 as a 4 seed and South could advance as a 7 seed in that district. Were I to hazard a guess would say FZ West is the best of the STL area teams in this district regardless of seed.
I am officially doing that game between Park Hill and Blue Springs Friday night. Huge game for both teams in terms of seeding in their respective districts. Should be a hard fought game. PH wins the Suburban Gold outright with a win. And share it with Ray-Pec with a loss and RP win. So PH will come out motivated with Senior Night too. So if you can’t make it you can watch on 810varsity.com

I am deciding between a number of games as of tonight: Going to this one, Raytown or Smithville.
CBC has only lost 3 games in a season twice since 2009. Going back over the last decade, I don’t think you could deny they’ve been pretty dominant.

Can’t go wrong with any. The PH-BS game will be great with so much on the line that both teams will fight. Looking at a couple teams looking to fight there way to better seeding in districts. And to add to it, 2 teams that could make the semis in C6. The Trojans less likely to do it, but I think they certainly can. That defense is one the best in KC, all the success depends heavily on their offense. Will see Friday if they can turn that corner and start rolling towards district time

Yep, they played in 6 State Championship Games. Thanks for pointing out that they finished 6 of the last 10 seasons as one of the Top 2 Teams in Class 6. How many winning seasons did BSS have the other 7 years of the last decade? One? Two?

Yep didnt become a dominate Program until the last 10 years. But they are in a good spot to dominate for another 10 years as long as they dont lose the HC. This group this year is very young they will be back as a Threat next season.
