When your 4 and 5 hitters (Adams and Honny) hit so poorly with RISP it is hard to believe the Birds can make a long run in the playoffs. Maybe one of them will pick it up in the playoffs.

I agree Ducky but this offense scares me, especially if we play a 1 game series against SF.

The El Birdos are in the playoffs for the 4th straight year, but if the brass isn't alarmed by the discrepancy in HRs in head to head matchups with the Cubs then someone is in denial. We have no power. We hit so many cans of corn it is awful. A few years ago we had five guys hit 20 homers. Now we just had our second in the last week of the season. Punch and Judys.

And yet, Matheny gets them back to the playoffs.
