He passed away this morning after a 3 week battle with Covid. He was a good man and coach. He will be missed.

His Neosho teams did a lot of damage to Glendale '99-'02 (3-1) and pulled off a great double-upset of Glendale & Kickapoo in 2002 to win that district title in Joplin.

Was a great team. Didn’t win a state title so probably won’t ever get a lot of historical recognition, but I would definitely put those teams in my top 10 SWMO teams over the past 20 years.
