And as I stated in a previous thread on this topic, MSHSAA will only accept what the school has done. In this case Cardinal Ritter did the right thing.
All of these smaller STL schools by Multiplier will be class 3 or higher next season. The forfeit of games doesn’t keep them in class 2.
So you KNOW they will not take the fact they cheated and wins were taken in deciding if they move up or not? And it’s because of circumstances that they have the record they will have? That would be very ugly of MSHAA.

I think school will overreact and hire a strick coach and the high profile kids/parents wont like and will transfer to other schools.
Not really. The only reason the record of Ritter would keep them in class 2 would be if MSHAA disregards the fact the reason Ritter’s record is bad, was because the wins were taken. Ritter would probably not lose a game if the scandal wouldn’t have happened. I don’t think this specific case is the same as any other private school who didn’t do well enough to move up.
Ok, I understand that. But are we really going to disregard how well Ritter was doing? They would have more then likely beaten LN or whoever in class 2.
Doesn't matter. It's based on a points system. Not being in playoffs equal 0 points
Well we found a glaring hole. A very possible state winning team banned, and forced to forfeit games for cheating that gets to stay in a smaller class because of success multiplier. It should be taken into account for this school considering they wouldn’t have this record without forfeiting games.
I’m curious what happens with all those good players but let’s worry about next year next summer.
